No doubt this all will end horribly, but yet we shall still rejoice, the hypocrites we are

Today was fun.
But that first line didn't sound exciting didn't it?
Well, ignore that 5 cents of mine,
I don't need to announce that I'm a pessimist,
Yet I just did.

Anyway,
Had drum lessons, as usual,
Same usual things as always,
Justin (drum teacher) wasn't supposed to come,
But the relief teacher couldn't make it so he took over,
Despite the fact he has to reach the airport at 3,
When his lessons end at 2 or something.
Played two-handed 16-notes if you were interested.
Your probably weren't.

Skipped DAS lessons with a heavy heart,
Well, not that heavy, kinda bored with it.
Instead, I went to "The Cathay", my first time,
Super posh to me,
Don't laugh because it really is nice with all the stores.
Got me a Cream-Blended Vanilla from Starbucks,
While waiting for the rest to come,
When sitting around, noticed that Spin the bottle has anniversary discounts,
Tempting to say the least.
Caught "Night at The Museum", which was quite okay I guess,
(Ignore the implied pun, this has nothing to do with my glasses),
But still not as funny as the first one.
Also getting annoyed with the Jonas Brothers, same as Cephas,
A classic iteration of a Disney cash-cow,
And yes, they made an appearance.

Went back to church after that,
Was like, super early,
Ate some black carrot cake,
Rushed the seats and all that jazz.
Today's service was super-hyped,
Which is the way I like it.

Saw Everlyn and Hui Wen on the way to Bukit Panjang,
Said hi but nothing else.
Went to McDonald's to have my dinner,
While having a chat with Kok Foo, with sms of course.
Finished eating, went home.

Watched the rerun for the last few episodes of fate/stay night,
Courtesy of my renewed subscription of animax.
King Arthur was depicted as a girl,
Which was kinda thought provoking or something.
Followed up the show with Tears to Tiara,
Couldn't concentrate to the show,  no-thanks to Fadil.
But then again, maybe it was worth it,
The news he delivered was rather comic.
